SCAM. Tried to scam us out of a 200$ deposit. Check out at 11 but no one at front desk until 2:30??? Makes no sense if you have any issues. Probably taking advantage of mentally ill guests who cant understand their scams. We barely understood ourselves. Scanned our IDs. Room was ok but radio left on all night and shotty window coverings. Freezing cold. Can hear everyone and the blocks surrounding.

At least 2x a wk, every wk, there is a white male either standing on the steps or watching through the windows for solo young women to walk by so that he can verbally harass and intimidate them by banging on the windows. Idk if it's an employee or guest (I don't give him the satisfaction of acknowledging him by looking in his direction), but this behaviour is persistent and disgusting.
