the worse recruitments services ever. As a candidate , I have been approached by them and I literarily did 6 interviews for the same job and they keep telling me that my interview was successful and scheduled more interviews with different senior management people from the hiring company which took lots of time and efforts, after all of this they never came back to me with any update or feedback. Then I had to chase them many times through emails and phones to know the status and after weeks of emails they inform that hiring manager selected other candidate. not professional at all and just waste of time.

When they tell you, you get back what you put into this program they mean it because they don't do anything. They have an automated system that scrapes job sites for you but if you were born in the past 50 years you will be able to find those postings in your sleep.

There services provided as just slight worth more that nothing. All is the suggestions and help were common sense. I had minimal contact with my "point person". They say you get as much as put I to it but I followed ever advice given and found the workshops to to general and not gears to the 21st job market. I needed help help how to work and managed whiteboard technical interviews. And they kept saying there has to no one wth that skill set. Maybe Knightsbridge should look into adding a white boarding seminar to match the changing work force. As for the seminars I found the facilators to be rude and not caring about called me out when I was not ready or knew the answer. It was very similar to highschool class room. I should have listened to my employment lawyer when they said Knightsbridge is the biggest but are not good.
