My experience with Angela has been deeply satisfying: the agent and her staff have answered my requests quickly and positively, I have never had any complain or concern. Very polite and welcoming, absolutely recommended!

Called and spoke to an agent named Mary. Mary is rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. I was startled to call in and discover a "non-payment" cancellation had been placed on my account back in 2017 without notice. Mary did excellent work of belittling me to feel like a criminal (I hold an Excellent credit rating, thank you), withholding any helpful explanation as to why this would have happened (she instead continuously argued about how it wasn't called State Farm back in 2017 because that's SO important), and best of all she refused to provide any next steps on how I could rectify this wrongful status and purchase from Desjardin. As a Manager of a Sales Development team that deals with people on the phones all day, Mary provides a terrible experience. I was able to call another Desjardin location and immediately a rep named Quyen was able to provide me with actionable steps to rectify my situation. Quick experience with this location but definitely would not recommend.
