A Worst insurance company! Their customer service is so poor. Its been 6 month for my claim with back and forth calling still nothing solved today! I never give them my bank account but they told me that they paid me as directly deposited to my bank! This is a BIG mistake here, I didnt give them a bank account, so where its money going to?? Its already took 1.5month investigation still no any progressive! Every time calls to customer service no one knows and no any answers, they dont allow me to talk to accounting department/management & without transferred my phone calls. Seems no right person knows or can talk? Where this directly deposited money is going to? Obviously its their mistake, put me too much stressing in my life since last Nov. and STILL go on!
