        This is a terrible insurance company. The website doesnt work 90% of the time and the customer service is awful. They wasted time time and delayed long enough to refuse a simple dental claim . For a child none the less . It took me two months to finally get a rep that actually called me back . A thank you to Chloe. Otherwise a terrible experience dealing with this company . Say away and choose another benefits company. Im tempted to contact the media over this experience

        THE WORST COMPANY EVER. I had benefits thru work 120$ bi-weekly for these benefits. Got pregnant and not a single coverage .. No semi-privet room ..nothing... that's not even the worst. Then to be off for sick leave then maternity leave .. they sent a 458$ bill.. even tho it is to my employers digression to inform them in off.. well you would think when I called to seek benefits they would get the just of it.. nope. Then 3 months after our daughter was born they had the audacity to send me a 8 HUNDRED dollar bill. Be carefull
