        I reported a significant claim on February 13th 2022. I am know on my 4th claims adjuster. The service is nothing what the web site claims to be. Its been the most unprofessional group of people that I have ever met. One of the adjusters even told me how understaffed they are, that they cant do the work properly. Lots of third party people hired to due what they cant. Service and communication are terrible. If you have another option, choose that option. This company is just plain bad and incapable of providing the services that I over pay them for. If no stars were an option, I would choose that option.
