Worst customer service ever. No one responses to requests, i asked to check other insurance providers for lower car insurance on Dec 1, I sent 2 more follow up emails, no response. I had no choice but to escalated the issue to a manager, finally I received a response. Three day before my insurance renewal my client manager says to me there is no better offer she can provide me without any responses ti my follow up emails. I was lucky not to wait for her response and went to another broker who was able to get me a $500 reduction. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I guess the insurance companies are making so much money that they really dont appreciate business.

This company has possibly the worst communication with it's clients I have ever experienced. I have not had to make an insurance claim (thank goodness) however trying to connect with someone to even discuss my policy was an extremely difficult task. When I finally did connect with the person in charge of my policy I found her extremely rude and flip. She literally answered the phone "yo, what's up" then proceeded to tell me I was on speaker phone then asked who gave me her number. There should possibly be given a course in professional conduct at this agency.
