        I dealt with AWN through my rental car package that I purchased for Portugal. They offered an Extended Coverage that said they would reimburse me for any damage paid due to an at fault accident. We damaged the bumper and started the online claim form. We uploaded all the necessary documents from Driver's Licence images, photos of the damage, to the rental car companies repair bills, etc. Less than 2 weeks later I received a cheque in the mail covering the entire cost of repairs. Most excellent!
