The worst insurance company never deal with them , i have had a claim and they took forever to pay my income replacement benefits, they try to find any excuse not to pay you .

Keep it in mind, folks: if its too good to be true, then its not good at all! In truth, matter of fact- Im impressed this business still exists. It almost seems like all the good ratings are coming from fake email accounts and that the bad ones are the ones to be considered legit. Wonder how much longer they can treat customers the way they do without getting involved in a lawsuit.

By far the worst insurance company I have ever deal with. I got my one year policy for $375 month, after 5 months my insurance jumped to $409 even though I didn't have any ticket or accident. After a year I didn't agree to have the a new policy for year 2023, they kept charging me $475 per month which is another 20% hike. I asked the representative to cancel my Policy in Jan 15 but they didn't cancel it until I realize that I was charged $475 for months of Feb and March. I called to customer experience team about this matter, the representative told that he will investigate the matter. After 3 days investigation I received an email in which the representative promised that I will receive a full refund for Feb and march. But the representative refunded only $342 out of $1425 and told me that the rest $1083 is the cancellation fee. Total scam, will not recommend to anyone

Extremely helpful in my time of need . I have had both an Auto and Property claim separate occasions and different Adjusters, both went smoothly. Special thanks to Ginette she turned a horrible situation into a less stressful situation .
