Horrible Customer service. I got super visa insurance for my parents however my father never came to canada and has no plans to when i called to cancel they said don't cancel as your father super visa will also get cancelled which was incorrect and then i called again few months later and they said only manager can cancel and he is currently in India and call us back next month and speak with him to see if he can cancel. Horrible experience. Please Please stay away from this company if you want a piece of mind that your parents will be protected if something happens to them while they are in canada.

Never work with this company they will steal your money. They charge things that is not listed in the policy conditions. and whatever you ask they have same reply service fee for credit card and blabla. I applied for parent visa as monthly payment then conditions changed and force me to pay it in full. They refuse to refund it. My father passed away, I sent them the death certificate as immigration is not replying since a year and a half. They charged me 50cad again , however no where in the policy is saying a 50$ will be charge in case of death. I don't receommend it

This company is fraud. Does not provide any reimbursement for any claim. Does not receive the call and say that she is in a meeting. And also called over the phone and they put on voicemail. *BIG FRAUD COMPANY*

*Fraud company* Worst company ever. Do not received the call. And not giving reimbursement. The lady said the policy broker or agent is lair and sold the policy stating wrong info.
