I've been working with MB Digital for a number of years now. Mark has been very personable and helpful, finding relevant topics for me to write about, sending me draft posts to look over and post, chasing me when I forgot to approve everything, and making sure the process was easy to keep on top of even when I was busy. As our busy times approached, he'd reach out and make sure we'd written a few newsletters in advance that could be pre-approved so I just had to check them over and make sure nothing had changed before approving them to be sent out. Overall a great experience and one I'd be happy to recommend.

I worked with Mark to get me started on thinking about how I can reach out to my existing customer base amid a career transition. Before meeting with him, I was overwhelmed and didnt know where to start. Although we are just beginning to work together, I wanted to highlight my experience so far. I am a visionary and a bit of a perfectionist. I often get stuck in the ideas and the big picture but freeze regarding forward momentum. Because of that, people who are quick to action often find it hard to be patient with me and jump to solve my problem, which often leaves me with a result I am not entirely happy with. Mark not only has a drive for action but has the patience to let me unpack what I need to be completely satisfied. His customer-centric commitment is apparent in his work, and I look forward to seeing what we can create together!
