Weekly phone call solicitations from a New York phone number. Always after Eastern work hours. You can tell them you don't want their services but the sales team will hassle you and do whatever it takes to keep you on the phone. Very toxic and being that they focus on the digital space/digital marketing; I'm sure it is very easy for non-tech savy people to get baited into their services. Word of advice for Webware; try not to giggle/laugh repetitively when your prospect is explaining to you over and over again how they don't need your services.

Adrian Liberka is one of the best mangers I dealt with his customer service is always on point and very quick and efficient always like to listen to my concerns and give me solutions to solve them. All of webware is the best marketing platform there is they are always upgrading their system, finding easier solutions I love their new app its very easy to use. I definitely recommend 10 out of 10 customers service dont waste your money with any other platform do you want something that really works and get the service youre paying for webware is the way to go. I am in the appliance repair business and my company is growing bigger and bigger. Thank you so much webware for your amazing services.
