I am sorry to say that I had a terrible experience with this company. I wish I had done more research before signing up with them because they are clearly engaging in some unethical practices. First of all, they are withholding important information about their services, which is completely unacceptable. They are also making false promises about refunds, which is a dishonest way to lure people in. They withheld information about their services of booking interviews and video editing until I signed up. All I got was an exorbitant bill for creating a simple tab on their website, which they claimed would cost $8600. This is an outrageous amount of money for such a small task. Their upfront fees are also a scam because they don't actually provide any services with that money. It's clear that they are only interested in taking as much money as possible from their clients, without actually providing any real value. This company is predatory towards real estate agents, which is deeply concerning. They make false claims and misrepresent their services to get people to sign contracts, but then fail to deliver on their promises. They simply don't stand by their word. Overall, I would strongly advise against doing business with this company. They are not worth the money and are clearly engaged in unethical and predatory practices. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from them.

Very impressed with Thomas and Alfonso. They are both very personable and knowledgeable and gave me all the information needed to make an informed decision about my business' future. Both are a joy to deal with. I am also impressed with Parkbench as a company and look forward to a long relationship with them.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SERVICE!!! You can get the same outcome by simply making your videos and posting them on YouTube. That's how you build the relationships. The sales people were soooo clever to sell me this like if it was hot pancakes that ''WONT'' last very long because they are looking for ONE agent... I cannot believe I fell for this. I wasted $7000 dollars. 2-3 months after I signed up, I got very busy and I was simply not getting anything out of it. I also had my second thoughts about the service... I requested if I could at least get 50% back and the staff said "Ohhhh you'll need to find someone to buy your membership because it could take time and effort for us to find someone''... What!? What about the WON'T last very long? And the claims that they had agents lined up... I was given 0 support from them. Never heard what they could do for me to change my perspective on the service....Until now that it's time to renew my membership, this dude keeps contacting asking me if I want to renew and I have said NOOOOO 5 times... For that reason I am giving them 1 star. Save your money and simply do your videos and post them on social media.
