Fido premium device protection/Likewize is a complete joke! I lost my phone, the replacement phone they sent me had a broken GPS sensor, the second replacement is completely useless, no signal, no data.And now they rejected my service request saying I provide false information?!! And there's no way to reach management to resolve the issue, only a call center where they can only escalate the ticket and I have to wait 2 biz days for their response, ridiculous!Likewize has a 1.7 star rating on google, looks like this is their business model, they rotate/send broken phones to people, till someone gives up.Bravo Fido + Likewize

This store is horrible more than once it has been closed because employee on break what kind of customer service is this? Fido is part of Rogers but cant afford 2 employees at the same time? is too much? Also ringing bell to be let inside? Why is the employee physically answerin the door instead of safely using a button behind the counter? Is this so they can be attacked as soon as they open the door? If neighborhood is a problem then don't be in it

I had a great visit. The staff were fantastic, VERY efficient and VERY friendly! I highly suggest going into the store for all your mobile needs. I'll be going back when it's time to get my next mobile phone!
