        Was very unhappy with how Infor handled the sale of our company. I believe mistakes and oversights were made that ultimately cost us sellers hundreds of thousands of dollars. When we tried to discuss a fee reduction due to the costly mistakes Neil told us they would sue us if we did not pay in full. I would NEVER recommend using this company.
