Peter Kell is an extremely rude and racist man. He illegally withheld my sister's and my rent receipts. I rented from him in Guelph Ontario, where I am a student!! Anyways, the email I received from him is underneath! Enjoy! Also happy because Peter Kell has be added to a list at the University of bad landlords! Here is the email: I will be coming to the condo unit on April 30, 2019 at 10 am in order to paint and clean the condo so this is your notice I will also be there to pick up the fob and keys from you and your sister. April 30 at midnight is also the last day of filing Canadian taxes so you will have plenty of time to file. Do me a favour and not throw what section 9 in the Ontario Residential Act reads as I am very knowledgeable of the Landlord and Tenant Act. I also know your kind that puts up their defences and tries to use the law when they feel they have been wronged while all along it is you and your sister that have caused their own problems. Out of the 14 tenants I have over several properties in Ontario, why is it that my only native tenants that are the ones that not only bounced their rent cheque once but they did it twice? The only ones. April 30 is when you will get the rental receipt in exchange for the fob and my keys. I hope you understand that I do not trust you and this is why I am doing this so you can cry all you want to whomever you want to as you two made your own bed. Set an example for your community because you are giving them a bad name. It is your responsibility as the younger, smarter generation to take the stereotype people have about natives out of their mindset. Let this be a life lesson for you. See you on the 30th.
