        RBC InvestEase limited hours of 9:30 to 4:30 EST make it tough for working people to get assistance. Are they doing business in this province only? How Provincial. The Investments offered do not yield near the positive results as those offered by Sun Life and Canada Life. As a customer of RBC for over 30 years I find this investment service subpar and plan to change it.

        I cancelled my account in 2020, but somehow still got charged a few hundred in fees for 2022!

        They only invest in dividend stocks. I thought it was because I had a low amount, put 1,000 plus in to see if that would change but nope. Bought it all in dividends at all time highs and then they crashed?!!! I was told by an RBC financial advisor that they trade and invest for you. Just uses all your money in a crash

        It's been 2 weeks since I tried to withdraw the money from the Investease account and am still waiting. Most free investments apps like Wealthsimple are easier, more convenient and have better returns.
