RBC Direct Investing

Called to Directly Register my shares. Was lied to several times..... first they tell me they can't due to the company being bankrupt (it's not bankrupt) Then they tell me after I transfer my shares, I will not be able to sell them. They are here to take money from you, that is all.

Poor, unprofessional call center service with long wait; agent has no knowledge about existing promotion. I hope the service level may be improved but it's same after one year.

Horrible customer service Ive been trying to transfer my money out of my direct investing TFSA to an RBC branch for about 4 months now and they refuse to do it they keep sending me back and forth from direct investing to rbc branch and everyone I speak with is telling me something completely different.

It's horrible the way that transactions are wrongly recorded and wrongly shown which heavily impacts my decision to trade. I needed to call them to correct the bookcost, accounts,... many times. They explained to me that the system is confused which is ridiculous since we, human, are likely to be more confused than the system but we are not
