If you're looking for a new or used vehicle, this is the place to go. I just purchased my very first JEEP from here and it was such a great experience. I have been telling everyone about it. The sales team was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through every step of my purchase, which made it much more comfortable for me decide whether or not I wanted to buy this vehicle. They also listened to what I thought was important when purchasing my JEEP and tried their best to do everything they could to make it happen. It also meant a lot that they would come in on their days off to accommodate my schedule when I wanted to book a test drive and then to pick up the vehicle. I don't think I'd go anywhere else for another car or SUV in the future. Thank you Ankit, George and Kyle for everything!

AVOID THOSE SCANMERS, they will tell u something then sneakily make u sign something that in tiny says something else. Yes, they are those kind of people. Charles Gordon business manager tricked me into signing a warranty when i bought my dodge, he said the warranty was for 3 years and that was the only reason i bought it. I paid for that warranty and now he says it was for 2 years. I even remember when i bought the charger there was an issue i noticed when i was still there at dealership, and they kept debating debating there is no issue until i started getting more firm that I'm not leaving until u check it out, and you know what, there was a big issue and they had to fix it that day since i was still there. They wouldn't have until i started standing my ground. Probably they wanted me to leave first so if i come back then I'll have to pay for fixing it. That should've been my red flag. I guess you never learn for free. Don't do my mistake, buy your car somewhere else.

Experience here was very delightful. I was working with Austin and Kyle Li sales and finance rep, both were fantastic. Austin was super patient with me and really gave me all the information I requested even when I went back and forth trying to decide on a vehicle, there was never any pressure working with Austin. Kyle worked with me about my finances and again pressure was off, he was very informative and answered all my questions as this is my first time purchasing a car from a dealership. These guys really gave me the VIP treatment and I look forward to continuing this relationship with them and the dealership. Thank you both again!

Updating my review: Below I wrote a very positive review for Rohin Chawla at Downtown Chrysler Jeep - New Vehicle Sales when I was buying a new Jeep. Because of chip shortages it tool a couple of years to come in. But during that delay, Rohin kept me updated and continued to be a pleasure to deal with, so I continue to recommend him and Downtown Chrysler Dodge Jeep!
