Albert is a true craftsman and absolutely brilliant. I came to him with 3 different design components I wanted incorporated in the perfect engagement ring for my fiance. Albert provided recommendations, told me what to expect and transparent on the details. Honestly, the rendering looked beautiful, and when I saw the final product, it looked even better than what I imagined! The level of detail he added was better than anything you could find in a store or online. He was even able to make the ring in my tight window before the ideal proposal date. It was a great experience, Albert is a great person to talk to and everything was stress free.

After my (now) husband purchased my engagement ring from Wizman Gems in 2020, we went back for our wedding bands in November 2022. Albert was great in helping us decide style and had lots of options. I walked into Wizman Gem's with zero knowledge about diamonds or engagement rings. I also wasn't fully confident if the style I wanted was going to be a good fit. This is a pretty significant decision that needs to be made as the idea is to wear this engagement ring for the rest of your life. Albert was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. He was completely honest and transparent and I did not feel pressured at all. He provided me with knowledge and options that made sense for me. Once my fianc surprised me with the ring and proposed I couldn't have asked for a better ring. The ring is even more beautiful than I imagined it would be!
