Leif was a great pleasure to work with. From our first meeting, it was clear that he is an immensely creative and skilled designer/goldsmith. I looked him up specifically for his experience with mokume gane rings, and by the end of the first meeting, we also asked him for an additional custom ring for my fiance! He listened to our feedback and provided an ingenious solution that helped theme our rings together. Leif's empathetic approach to design made our ring exchange even more memorable.

I have commissioned several pieces of jewelry with Leif over the years, including our wedding and anniversary sets. I got referred to him when doing my research on engagement rings and it was surprising at the time as his name was even known in the US among a few major diamond retailers and the online diamond community. First up, Leif delivers an amazing customer experience. He will work with you regarding your ideas and bring them to life. Leif's quality in his workmanship is exquisite as well. Visit him in person and he would be able to show his portfolio of past work. And it does go beyond jewelry. My only knock on him is the slightly longer/variable time that it takes to complete the commission. But I'm mindful that he is basically creating all of the pieces himself and that he is first and foremost a craftsman and artisan. At this rate, he will be making the entire family heirloom collection for us.
