Fantastic, kind service even when just having repairs or small alterations to items. I was so hesitant to go to a jewellery store in the financial district with the kind of clientele/demographic in the area, and I was still treated so well with so much respect and friendliness. It sounds silly, but it meant a lot to me and so did the item I was getting altered. (having a semi precious stone added to a wedding band) The communication via text and phone was wonderful and I love the focused curation of the beautiful items in the store. Nothing about the entire process was overwhelming and I'm so thankful. High recommend.
