Absolutely wonderful service here. Run by an couple, I can see why some reviewers have had some mixed interactions with them. When you first enter, theyre focused on their tasks and can come off brusk. But once you talk to them, they reveal themselves to be sweet and passionate about their goods and craft. They have a decent selection and know their jewelry. They also do watch repairs and jewelry alterations. They were able to repair my vintage watch at a lower price than three other places and much faster. Very happy with the service and purchases. Great service overall!

The gentleman though not a bad person, he is abrupt, impatient and even insulting. I haven't had watches repaired there but got new batteries for several of my watches. You can't count on his pricing to be consistent. I gave this place 2 stars because he has changed my watch battery and minor repair was done adequately, and also because the lady who works there is very kind and helpful.
