After trying to negotiate for 75$ off a 1600$ ring we were told we were the exact customers you dont want to deal with, both of them started crying and told we dont know what its like since they are the only people to have ever suffered a loss in the world. Regardless you should be able to separate personal life from business just like everyone else. Claimed they got upset at the negotiating because they had already given us a good deal but the 30% off was an ongoing sale that we were getting either way. They also refused to get the ring inspected for clarity and quality on my own dime likely because the ring was not worth as much as they were saying. Overall the most unprofessional experience Ive witnessed. They say they are trying not to ruin there husband/fathers name but thats exactly what theyre doing. Genuinely embarrassing for them, good thing theyre closing soon. This is likely why they had to close, they arent not mature or fit enough to run the business without the original owner. Theres no doubt he wouldve taken care of us if he was there like he has many times in the past. TLDR: Called horrible customers for negotiating, refused to have ring evaluated, employees cried in place of buisness due to 75$ negotiation.

Unfortunately, the owner died last year,, so the building is For Lease and Amalia is closed for good (actually for bad!)
