Very very disappointed in their service. Took in 2 watches to have their metal bands replaced, 1 a Joe Boxer and the other a Rolex. Less than a year later the band on the Joe Boxer stretched out so it would fall off and the Rolex turned out to be very scratchy - and it cost $85.00. Had both replaced by another jeweler, but took the Joe Boxer one back to show them. All I got was a shrug of the shoulders along with a dont know how we can do anything about this. Not happy and not what I expected - at least an apology or some concern would be nice. So... watch out and make sure that you get some kind of warranty on their product or service - to protect you. The quality of their merchandise is not good, below par but their prices are high - dont expect that by paying more youll get better quality, you don't. Better still, find another more reputable business to buy your jewellery from or to get your jewellery repaired at.
