My husband and I came in with the idea to use old family jewelry to create our wedding bands. Another jeweller had told us that the gold was not useable, so we hoped to possibly just use some of the gemstones. We met with Alexis who assured us she could create bands with the gold. She came up with a perfect design and an incredibly reasonable quote, and insured that we were fully comfortable before starting the process. We ended up with two beautiful and sentimental rings, and the leftover materials and gemstones were returned to us. It was an enjoyable and stress-free process from start to finish.

This jewelry store is the place to go. I was looking to have my finger sized with plans to order something I'd already picked out online from another jeweler. I was on Roncesvalles and had already had a very negative experience at another jewelry store in the area. The Jewel Envy owner was who I dealt with and was kind and helpful from the moment I called ahead through the sizing process and to when I left the store. She was explanatory, supportive, validating, generous with her time and wisdom and provided exquisite customer service. All for a piece I had intentions to order elsewhere! She was patient and understanding and helped demystify a daunting process, answering a ton of questions. They have a huge selection and multiple goldamiths/artists and lots to choose from, which I intend to do for future purchases due to the good will I was shown in the sizing process and that one experience. I one THOUSAND percent recommend getting your jewelry needs fulfilled here.
