This was such an awesome experience for me! I was able to melt a ring from my grandfather and transform it into a wedding band. The final product is so amazing and exactly what I wanted. The whole process was done incredibly quickly which was definitely a bonus.

I contacted Nadia about customising a wedding band, so that it could be used as an engagement ring for my fianc, as well as resizing another band for myself. She was super accomodating and scheduled an appointment for me and my fianc to come see the shop and discuss options. My fianc got to pick the stones she wanted, and Nadia and Manny helped her chose a setting that she loved, and one that worked with the very thin existing band. Manny was even able to keep the existing engraving on the band intact, which is a testament to his skill. They were absolutely lovely to deal with, seeing us after hours so the shop was quiet, and even personally delivering the rings to us in Montral when they were visiting the city. The rings fit perfectly and we both love them. We will be returning for any future jewelry purchases, as it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
