My fianc proposed with a loaner ring by FTJCO, which was a brilliant idea considering how picky I am with my jewelry. FTJCO was ALWAYS accommodating, patient with us, and never pressured us to make a decision at any given point. We booked multiple appointments to look at engagement rings and wedding bands, and we've always had a positive experience with all their team members. We could tell the quality of the ring we received is amazing by the color and weight of the gold compared to other jewelry I have at home. We would HIGHLY recommend FTJCO to anyone proposing, or purchasing rings/jewelry, you will not be disappointed!

We are thrilled with the rings we had created at FTJ. We had two rings from our mothers and wanted to use the stones from these rings for an engagement ring and wedding band. FTJ understood the importance we were placing on sentimental value and took the time too ensure we would get the best of the of stones. We are thrilled with the service, the craftsmanship and the overall care. Thank you for helping us make something that is already so special even more so!

I absolutely adore the vintage inspired engagement ring my fianc chose for me from this shop with the help of the team at FTJCo. Not the best photos, sorry! One star removed unfortunately due to a less than ideal customer service experience when we went in to finalize and size the ring. It was clear that I needed help with sizing (as in, I had made it quite clear by asking for guidance) but didnt really get much support. It made me uncomfortable and just want to leave the shop as quickly as possible, as I felt like I was inconveniencing that employee. Im thinking that experience is not the usual one for this shop and so I would give them further tries in the future. Grateful for ethical and beautiful, unique jewelry options!
