Do not expect your order to ship on time! I have ordered something a month ago that said it would be shipped in 2-4 days and Im still waiting! I cant even get an email from them with an expected shipping date! Ive tried calling and they dont answer or have voicemail service? This is the second time Ive had this problem with her jewelry not being shipped as expected? I was hoping the first time was a fluke but its happened again! Look elsewhere for jewelry unless you are close to a store and they have it in stock Ive bought 7 pieces of jewelry from them and am wondering if my last two items will ever ship!

Horrible customer service, not accommodating at all, I received bracelets as a gift and it was given to me 10 days after my friends made the purchase(for my birthday) and I tried to exchange to get a smaller size and they said there was absolutely nothing they could do for me, so they just want me to keep 2 bracelets that dont fit me when all I want is a smaller size so that I can actually wear them, its not like I was returning both of them. Their logic makes absolutely no sense and is quite ridiculous.

Very good quality my boyfriend got me a ring for my birthday and he even messaged them to know if they can ship it earlier so it can come before the day of my birthday and she even wrapped it up with a little gift wrap very nice ring its a piece Im wearing it everyday now

My boyfriend got me a Never take off smiley bracelet (BR029) for Christmas, except it didn't arrive until 5 weeks after Christmas...It's super cute, I won't deny that, but it broke the first day I wore it and for the price and delay in delivery, it's not worth it. The worst part was that Lisa Gozlan customer service never communicated with us about updates regarding when the bracelet would be ready and they didn't even offer a discount on a future purchase to make up for the delays. The details on the website say that this piece is made-to-order and can take up to 2-6 weeks to ship, but ours did not ship until almost 8 weeks later. Customer service said they would send us a merch package as compensation for the delays, but they sent us one item worth $14...If you say "merch package," I'm expecting a tshirt, sweater, water bottle, etc. which is what other brands would send in this situation. This one merch item does not make up for all the delays, the lack of communication, and the price of the bracelet. There are several items I would have loved to purchase from here, but I doubt I will anymore. I'm extremely disappointed in the online service we received. Edit: My boyfriend reached out to customer service again and after seeing my review they offered to let me choose a free bracelet from their Brass page and sent a tumbler and tote bag. I appreciated the effort on their end, but the sizing of the bracelet is majorly off (as seen in other reviews) and at this point I just don't think it's worth the trouble. Ironically, I like the free product better than the purchased one - in terms of quality. Upping my review to 2 stars, but ultimately, it isn't worth the back-and-forth when the items cost this much. Save your money and find a company with better quality control.
