Thoroughly unimpressed with the service at this location. I was a returning client 2 days ago (expecting requisite service), after making a purchase over the weekend. I was warned it was VERY busy at the Bloor Street store on Monday. I turned out to be the only client in the store when I arrived, yet they made me wait inordinate amount of time (there were many associates standing around). They offered me a coffee but ended up bringing me nothing while I waited over about 20 minutes in an empty store. I did not make a further purchase from this location 2 days ago and will not in the future. Do your purchases online, if at all possible, or try the Yorkdale location.

Terrible shopping experience. Came over the weekend looking to purchase a pair of watches for our anniversary. I checked in advance online and didnt see any weekend appointments available for the entire month. We were told there was a 20 min wait and the hostess took down my name and number. I asked whether they would text me and was told I had to remain in the store. We stood and waited for about 30 mins and I asked whether there was any chairs I could sit and wait at and was told no, even though I saw several free chairs around the store. A few others that walked in were told that they could come back within 30 mins. Ended up waiting close to an hour, really disappointed in the customer service. I have no issues waiting but the store couldve done a better job at managing the wait process, allowing customers to come back considering the long wait, and providing more seatings.
