        The worst experience I have had here the workers have no clue how to talk to customers they are very rude and their manager is beyond rude and I have mentioned to a lot of peers to not attend to thus location or Michael Hill in general Thanks

        Will never be going to this discriminatory location ever because my 13-year-old son was in there and was looking at chains because I, his mother was going to buy him one for Christmas, so he wanted to choose which one he liked - but when he asked the sales associate if he can see it, they asked him to show them his ID. I have been in there before, but I never was asked to show ID and neither has my daughter. So what was the reason why my son was asked to show one? Could it be due to him being a young black boy?
