Pleasantly surprised! I was on the lookout to buy an automatic espresso machine and found their store on Google. They were offering an incredible Mother's Day discount. I live close to their Queen St location, so I wanted to pick it up. I phone them and everything went smoothly from arranging to the actual pickup. It came in 2 days and very happy with the purchase. I normally buy electronics or appliances from Bestbuy or Amazon but sometimes you get a better deal from a local store. Highly recommended!

Deplorable. Product bought online on February 5. An agent writes me to say that the "Estimated Time Arrival" is "To Be Determined". Despite several requests in the 2 months that followed, no change. They cannot provide me with an estimated time to finally receive the product. But during this time, they continue to display and sell the product online, and they have even increased the selling price. I requested a refund and purchased elsewhere today.
