        I have always loved visiting this store, however I had a horrible experience two days ago. I walked in to purchase a set of new dinnerware, and once I got to the cash, the employee saw I had my dog with me. He told me due to store policy, and them serving food (WHAT? WHERE?) dogs were not allowed. That is when I responded that he is a service animals, and I showed him his card. The response I got was INSTRUSIVE. I needed to show a medical letter written by my doctor justifying the service animal. I never would have guessed that I was required to disclose my personal and confidential medical history to a complete stranger to be allowed to peacefully shop in the store. I will never enter this store again, and definitely didnt purchase the dinnerware!
