WAXON Laser + Waxbar in Commerce Court

I recently had my first appointment with WAXON and it was an overall great experience. The Waxologist who did my waxing made me feel so comfortable. She was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. The whole process was so quick and I was done in no time. The location itself is very cute and clean. Would definitely recommend to others!

A friend of mine had her waxing done at this location today by Steph. (Im posting her review, I was waiting outside for her) I use the king st location and have had no issues, the girls there are super pleasant. She booked a wax appointment for a classic, she has had full laser treatment completed in the past and has very minimal hair present (like almost nothing) In the past she was told to book a classic from the waxologist based on the minimal hair. Today when she went she was rudely told that she has to be charged for a full Brazilian (30$ more) and the waxologist was not very nice about telling her this and said she could leave if she wasnt happy I work in patient customer care and thats no way you ever talk to a client so abrasively.

I have been struggling to find a good waxologist because my skin is type 2 and I burn easily. But that has changed, I am happy to share I found her! I recommend this waxon location ONLY if you book with Steph! She is very professional, accommodating and has great conversation. She goes above and beyond in making sure I am OK and comfortable. The receptionist is also very nice and knowledgeable. Overall they make a great team. Service: Organic waxing
