The clinic was super unprofessional and racist, telling me to go back to China even though I am not from there. Racism should not be present and its unacceptable to bring up someones race. The service was also not worth the money as I went for several treatments and didnt see any results. Every time I went there it was a different technician treating me, with some of them lacking the proper training needed. In one case I was received treatment with no anesthesia and no cooling soother after using the laser on my face. It also affected my face as it wasnt properly prepared, meaning my face got burned.

They've always been very understanding if I've had any issues arise that have stopped me from getting to my appointments. I've also been with them for 2-3 years now and the treatments are quite affective. They have amazing promos which make the prices a lot more affordable as well. The customer service is amazing.

I do not recommend this clinic. I wanted to remove moles there, at first they said: Pay online for removal of LARGE moles. When I asked why they are large, they are only 4-5 mm and sent them a photo, they answered me that they would not do the procedure at all, without explanation. Good thing I didnt pay before it!

I always have the most amazing experience when I visit the clinic. The nurses are honest and helpful and always make me feel comfortable. The nurse supervisor, Liz, is an absolute gem. 100% recomment this clinic.
