BLG may be Canada's largest law firm, but you never feel lost in the crowd. My interactions with the partners, associates and students have been very positive--they're very smart people who are also very friendly and accommodating. The teams supporting the lawyers are welcoming and collaborative. BLG was the first law firm in Canada to appoint a national director of diversity and inclusion, and the firm's EDI programming is excellent. As an employee I feel valued, supported and "at home."

In my experience, I find BLG to be an exceptional firm in terms of diversity and inclusion. I feel supported and valued as a team member and that my ideas matter. Being able to work along side leaders and coworkers across all race, gender and age enables me to feel included as part of a larger body of fabric which I proudly call BLG and my work home.
