Unprofessional. They had a junior work on my file, a mistake was made which they blamed on the bank (the bank blamed it on the lawyer). But what really got me wasnt that a mistake was made, but that: 1. I couldnt get a hold of them once I found out about the error and 2. they refused to take responsibility and offer their help to correct it. Theyre super professional in the beginning when theyre hounding you for business, but nowhere to be found when you actually need them. Shraya Patel, the real estate partner, is the most unprofessional lawyer Ive ever seen. I left her a dozen of messages and emails, she avoided me like the plague and I never heard from her. I eventually ironed things out with the bank, but it took months. Needless to say, I wont be using them again.

I had not updated my will for over 30 years. In the past 10 years a number of family members passed away and some of them did not have wills.
