please NOT USE this company. Charged $149.00 for a auger belt, belt form Amazon or even Wallmart is around $30.00 phoned to inquire why, replied you agreed, no adjustment in cost. Belt broken, contacted said not responsible again wants to charge $149 for the belt no warrantee on work done, said was slush and ice that caused this, which was only snow. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY

I called on Friday for their mobile snowblower service and by Sunday, my Toro snowblower was fixed. Totally professional service all the way. From booking over the phone to the service technician who arrived at my door - would definitely recommend. As a single woman, I am extremely cautious about who comes to my home - and I made the right decision to trust this service. They booked the appointment for Sunday between 9:30 - 11 am, and when they realized they would be late, I received a prompt call to let me know. And then when I couldn't start it after the technician left, I called him for help. Excellent communication and very helpful. 5 stars all around!

I give this service a zero rating. Mechanic was one of the worst person's I have encounter in my entire life. He was utterly rude and intimidating. He did not fix my snow blower and took the money. Refused to answer any questions. We trust people and ask them to provide services but here is a true example of not seeking services without knowing people.

VERY PUNCTUAL. However, he did NOT verify the correct address at booking, followup call ( that took 2 weeks get back) and at the time of the pre-visit text contact. He txted 10min prior to arrival. When I call him at 5 min prior to the appt window (2 hrs) to verify his location, he refused to wait the 5min for me to arrive with the lawnmower at the "incorrect address" that was actually around the block. The fact that he was asked to wait 5 min. (the actual appointment time) was untenable for him due the the principle of the situation. After an agitated row, he refused to complete the service and advised me NOT to rebook and find someone else for the service. Very unprofessional and quite arrogant.

Came out on time and determined that the gas was old and bad. He drained the tank and put in fresh gas and it seemed to be ok. I immediately bought fresh gas at PetroCanada. A week later we tried to use it and the same issue happens. It starts but won't continue running. Since they gave me a warranty I reached out but it took a very long time to come back, and then the same mechanic says its bad gas again and wants to charge me again to fix it. I explained that the gas was just purchased but it didn't change his mind, and I wasn't going to pay twice so he left and my mower still won't run.
