Amazing service. I called on a weekly basis for months cause of my accident. My insurance company made everything impossible when it came to giving the cheque after my accident, but everyone at the Canadian Dealer Lease Service was amazing. They were very helpful. They even contacted my insurance company for me. Tracked the lost and missing cheque. When the cheque finally arrived after 3 months they did everything the same day for me. Amazing service. If only everything else was that easy.

Terrible Staff, Super impatient, Didnt even bother to understand my situation, and turned me away when I tried to attain a lien release letter for a vehicle I just purchased in full price, Backstory : the previous owner had sold the vehicle to me; previously leased, they are unable to attain a lien release when they called because he was told that the current owner needs to call themselves to attain one. I will definitely avoid buying a car from anyone that associates with them

I called Mazda Finance service on April 13 afternoon around 14h. The representative sounds not friendly and not really helpful. She didn't not even want to answer your question.I don't feel that I was well respected.

After leasing for decades, the last 2 years Ive been getting a letter saying I have to provide proof of insurance. And when I didnt provide the insurance they sent a letter saying I am in defaultbut they make no reference to a specific clause in the agreement. The lease agreement doesnt say I have to send proof annually. It says I have to keep the insurance coverage I initially provided proof of when I leased the car. And as it is clearly documented on my policy, my insurance policy automatically renews each. The only way that changes is if I call to cancel the insurancebut I cant do that without notifying the leasing company 15 days prior that I am cancelling. I asked to speak to someone in the legal department and they wouldnt do that. Just another poorly run company making the consumer jump through hoops unnecessarily.
