We have been dealing with B Hemmings for years. They are always there for us. This is especially important in this day and age, when luggage is lost or damaged. No matter where we find ourselves, we always come back to Michael and team at B Hemings.

We ordered a Briggs and Riley spinner online from Hemings. This piece of luggage has a bracket that contains a leather rectangle on which monograms can be embossed. We contacted Rosie who wasted no time forwarding the leather tab with the appropriate monograms, along with detailed instructions on how to install it. The service that we got was impeccable throughout and we certainly will call upon Hemmings for our future luggage needs. Ask for Rosie!

The worst customer service Ive ever had. My expensive brand new luggage I purchase from this store broke off after one flight. The brand purchased was their our recommendation like the best they have in the store. The guy at the store was rude and full of data zero solutions other than give me and old suitcase to travel while he fix a brand new suitcase. I wanted my money back and they denied. BEWARE!! Dont buy anything from them.

I cannot recommend B Hemmings & Co. highly enough! After trying (and failing) to get help from the company with a very expensive bag that fell apart after one trip, Michael W. from B Hemmings was able to get the company to send me a new one directly. Im so grateful for his assistance and attention to customer service.
