I was looking to buy short term GICs. After getting the runaround by other brokerages, Steven was nice to take my call and recommended me another product and explained it's benefits. He even promptly emailed me information while on the phone and waited to ensure that I've received it. I appreciate his forthright, calm and professional demeanor. I would work with him, again.
