Never again!!!! The driver came to pick us up for our drive to the airport. He refused us because we had 5 suitcases which is not unusual for 4 people. He was so unbelievably rude and could of easily put the seat down to accommodate the extra suitcase but he wouldnt do it and didnt care if we missed our flight. When we went inside the house to find a solution, he took all our suitcases out of his car and left them on the driveway and then drove away stranded with 2 small children. We therefore missed our flight!!!!!!!! Unacceptable how someone could do that to a family. We are frequent flyers and have always used this type of vehicle with no issues.

Blaaklane.com Black Luxury SUV arrived at the airport and drove us to the hotel in downtown Toronto Next morning the new Luxury SUV arrived on time with an experienced chauffeur to take us to Niagara Falls and we spent few hours there and came back to the Hotel in downtown Next day we were dropped off safely at Pearson International Airport for our flight to New York We are very happy with the service provided would recommend BlaakLane.com in Toronto

Great Services by BlaakLane.com always get new SUV'S great for long distance travel. Did few trips to Montreal and Back Fantastic Service and vey nice vehicles with great experience. I would recommend this company to all who enjoy great services and Newer Vehicles Its expensive but quality comes with a price.
