TL;DR: highly accessible for trans and disabled/chronically ill folks, and the staff is lovely. Best experience I could have hoped for. Shavaun is knowledgeable and fun to work with, and understood my needs in a way that sales people usually don't (I have a chronic illness that makes wearing bras difficult). Broad is physically accessible if you struggle with mobility, fatigue, and noise (no stairs, bathroom on main floor, FRAGRANCE FREE, no noisy music). They're one of the few places in town still taking covid precautions seriously. They ask about, and respect, your pronouns. And they're great about sending reminders and staying in touch leading up to your fitting. I had the most painless experience that is humanly possible, considering the impairments I'm dealing with. I generally hate shopping, but these folks made it worth the effort. I'm thrilled with the bra Shavaun helped me find, and I'll definitely be back when I'm ready to buy more (I love it so much, I'm just gonna keep returning for additional identical ones :p ). This lovely boutique is absolutely my all time favourite place to shop for a bra! Never disappointed and I've never left without a purchase! My odd sizing has been accomodated on every occasion. Now the staff.....the most genuine team of professionals that go above and beyond with their exceptional customer service. Mary-Rose was absolutely one of the greatest customer service reps I've had the pleasure of being helped by. Thank you, thank you, thank you Mary-Rose!!!! Broad has done it again!!!

Absolutely fantastic team with outstanding customer service. The owner and staff are knowledgable and warm, making it a joy to shop here. Easily one of my favourite shops in the city to support. Great bras/lingerie, swimwear and pyjamas.
