The staff at 3D Phactory were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Andrew was extremely generous with his time and took special care to try and research solutions and provide knowledgeable advice that is helping us navigate best options for our school 3D printing needs. Althought I didn't purchase anything from them, I did have a few exchanges via email and phone with them for this gift idea I had in mind. Andrew and the team was very accommodating (offered me a webiste so I could find a duplicate of my idea to save money), consise (ask open ended questions and paraphrased for clarity) and caring (offered cheaper alternative to save money) Overall, I would recommend them due to their amazing customer service skills and patience!

I must of called 20 3D companies, before finding 3DPhacktory and Andrew. I gave him a very bad description of what i wanted, and he knew exactly what i was looking for. A Lithopane. He said sure. I was amazed at how quick he was able to fill my order, and the quality i have since ordered a 2nd litopane. Best customer service ever. Fast Transactions Talked to Andrew for a Custom Printing Service as I had an emergency file to be printed because my Spiderman Faceshell broke, and badly needed a new one. And after a day they printed my faceshell! I love the quality and professionalism, how fast they work through your projects. 10/10
