Fervent Events

Had a great time promoting Freedom mobile for summer 2019. It was a great learning curve , working with different set of people, Activating trial sims, assisting in making sales. There was no set of Pressure on any of the Brand ambassadors to perform in a certain and strict manner, which made workplace always fun and enjoyable. Never really felt like work. On top, the payroll was always on/if not before time and there was a bonus on top of base pay for most of the events. Overall, a great experience. 5/5

I have been working with Fervent Events since over a year now and have received amazing support from the entire team. Calum, Abby and Emika are all great to work with and are always understanding and quick to respond. I have personally grown to become a people's person thanks to this team who truly invest in guiding you and supporting you through challenges. The team is extremely hardworking, dedicated and well organized. I have never had any issues with scheduling, staffing or even payments for that matter. My experience with the company has been amazing so far.

I have worked for numerous experimental companies across Canada (Bristish Columbia, Ontario, Quebec,News Bruswick) and not any of them even compare to Fervents. The leadership team of Calum Mcguign-CEO and Mike Ford-former account coordinator, are exceptional. Calum leads by example, it is evident that he truely cares about his team and delivering results for the clients. He understands how to perfectly execute leaderships skills, guide and coach a team and when to trust a team to independently excel and grow on their own. Calum thinks differently, and is willing to try new things and take risks to build his company. Not many CEO's will come to each event to ensure the fludity of their events, but Calum not only is present to ensure his events run smoothly, but also ensure client satisifaction and is present to support and encourage his team. It was no surprise that Fervents placed in Forbes Top 47th growing companies. Any client or employee that get the chance to work with or for Fervents are in for treat!
