We partnered with Jacknife to rebrand our company (website, narrative, brand guidelines, brochure templates just to name a few!) and we continue to use them consistently for various projects. They have a fantastic and creative team - and we always look forward to the exciting new ideas they come up with!

My experience with Jacknife has been best in class. Our organization has been exploring a rebrand, which can be a scary undertaking for an established business. The creative, narrative. and strategic process has been incredibly enjoyable and we have been empowered throughout to find the best fit with our identity. Communications, design briefs, and the general tone around their approach has made this entire project exciting for the team VS something that could have been very divisive. Jacknife continues to support our decision making to ensure an idea hasn't been "sold" to us by their team - we are simply presented with options backed with a deep understanding of what we are trying to accomplish. Truly excellent work!

We were compelled by their creativity, attention to detail, and other work they had done to successfully bring new products and services to the market. Ultimately, at the centre of our decision was the confidence we had in being able to build a great working relationship between our teams. They did not disappoint!

Always what I needed, never what I expected. For Inniskillin's packaging update, Jacknife's label designs helped premiumize the bottle in line with its contents, giving it a modern appeal and standing-out on shelf in a busy wine category. Beyond the art, their technical knowledge of print production was relied on regularly and their friendly account management always made for a good laugh.

Working with Jacknife was nothing short of exceptional. We came to them with a pretty complicated request - to help us create the logo of our dreams, while working under several challenging constraints (timeline, budget, existing brand considerations, etc). We wanted the logo to be playful, but not too playful that it wasn't professional. We wanted it to have meaning & be iconic, but in a subtle way that unveiled itself over time. Needless to say, a pretty complicated ask. And they somehow pulled it off and crafted a logo that we absolutely adore - one that we're thrilled to have represent us going forward and sets us up for success for the future. It hits all the notes that we wanted it to in an extremely elegant way. Huge thanks to the team - they're elite at what they do and are a joy to work with!
