Working with LuxStory has been incredible! One of the things I appreciate the most about them is the organization of all their projects. I've been working on independent contractor projects with them for a few months now, and every day is seamless. They truly think of everything and the planning that goes into each shoot/visit/event is next level. Their in-house team is lovely to work with. They're always so positive and friendly. My business partner has had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with this client. She has a complete disregard for ethical communication. Substantial delays occurred due to her lack of communication and when she decided to communicate it was at 2am via text message. A lack of planning on her part does NOT mean an emergency on ours. Despite this, we still did our best to meet these extremely tight timelines. It's clear that no matter what is done she won't be satisfied.
