        I started coming here in March dealing with a pain problem that was really affecting my sleep. My doctor recommended RMT to start and see if that would help before anything more invasive. One session with Joni and my pain decreased by at least 50-75% ( my personal opinion) during the week until the next session. Every session my pain has decreased and eventually stopped, even when we started spacing out sessions from 1 per week to 1 per 2 weeks and so on to now 1 every 6-8 weeks. She really knows what she's talking about and she absolutely puts that into practice. My initial problem hasn't bothered me for a few months now and now I go to her for general neck/shoulder tension. She was the first RMT I've ever tried and I'm so glad it's worked out!
