This place is so amazing, so relaxing from the moment you walk in. The staff are so kind. Jessica does amazing facials, Carmen does great lymphatic massages and theres a gentleman as well whose great! You will really enjoy yourself!

From the moment I walked in, I started to relax. The space is so calming and everyone I saw were so friendly. It's beautiful and clean. My massage with Juan Carlos was INCREDIBLE! Hands down the best massage I've had. I felt like he really listened to what I needed and I walked out feeling lighter. He brings so much care into his treatment and knows how to find and eliminate tension from the body. He released muscles I didn't even realize needed releasing yet after I could feel what a huge difference it made. He is really incredible and I already can't wait for my next session. I would highly recommend HealFlow Wellness Centre to everyone!

This is my husband & my go to place for wonderful massages. Everyone is absolutely fabulous. Maria is my person when it comes to my body and skin Thai massage, lymphatic massage, Swedish massage and even facials, Maria is amazing at everything and everyone she touches. The setting is beautiful, calm and relaxing.

I have been experiencing shoulder pain and a lack of mobility in my hips for some time time now. I had a session with Juan this last week in the hopes I could achieve some paint relief and increased mobility. Juan was thorough in assessing my problem areas and developing a customized plan to help me recoup and recover. The combination of massage, cupping, and light therapy have given me quick results, with the pain decreased in my shoulders and my hips having better mobility in them. Juan also gave me aftercare so I can continue rehabbing the injuries. The environment itself was very modern and clean. It did not feel like a typical sterile, clinical environment. It was very comforting, warm, and relaxing. I will definitely be returning to get further treatments.
