Miki is awesome - hes super friendly and knows how to adjust based on what you are looking for - would recommend for anyone who wants to feel comfortable and walk away feeling limber!

It was my first time getting a massage in Canada. This place was recommended by a colleague and so I tried out the yonge/Lawrence branch. The area is neat and clean, the receptionist was very friendly and shared plenty knowledge as this was my first time there. I booked my massage with Kia as she had a lot of positive reviews already and now I know why! She did a great job on my whole back, arms and head. Would definitely recommend. Its not your fancy spa vibes but definitely worth the money for muscle relaxing!

Got the worst massage from a male in recent years even though I payed properly. After the massage, I thought I was going to need an ambulance from the dizziness and bad service. Could barely walk back to my car. By the way, this was one of two Massage Addict places I visited and they are on my bad businesses list. I plan on never going there or at any other Massage Addict place again. Also, it was my second time going to this location .. the first time went quite well with an older female masseuse. Disappointed at my experiences with Massage Addict overall. Review warning you to beware of Asian? male masseuse and general customer service. One more customer has left. Hope to never go to Massage Addict in the future.

Have been scheduling regular massages at this location for about a month with Kia and Victoria. Both are well trained highly professional individuals who offer holistic treatment of issues going the extra mile to show stretches, at home techniques etc that can help with problem areas. Every time I have come in there has been a new receptionist and each one has been kind and very helpful with insurance processing. Highly recommend :)
